Mtanzania the first from the Guantanamo Bay prison charged in civilian court in the U.S., is found guilty of conspiring to bomb attack on the U.S. national wealth.

Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, a Tanzanian citizen, was indicted for the crime of involvement in terrorist attacks on the group of Al Qaeda, against the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998.

Officials have said the charges Ahmed Ghailani, he contributed significantly to the preparation and planning of Al Qaeda to detonate a group of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, where 224 people were killed following attacks.

Ghailani was confronted by 281 including murder and attempted murder, where the Court master only one guilty of conspiring to destroy government property and buildings.

The evidence that was presented before the U.S. court against the suspect accepted by the court for were collected by U.S. intelligence officers CIA, in informal prisons outside the U.S. the wrong way.

These intelligence officers allegedly using harsh methods that interviewing the suspect, including the arrest in order to declare the charges against him and also give more information.

The ruling appears to be a big blow to the administration of President Barack Obama, the U.S. and his commitment to release all suspects accused of terrorism are forbidden in the Guantanamo Bay prison, in a civil court.
